Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa will be a condo hotel located on a 38 acre site in a prime position in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando, just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the other attractions of the area. Adjacent to the resort are the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores with many well-known brand-name shops. There are a total of nine shopping malls nearby and, within just 12 minutes drive, there are 37 golf courses!

When complete, the resort will consist of 15 buildings housing a total of 1,850 fully-furnished 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condo units.

Construction has already begun on the first two eight storey buildings. Building No. 3 will be the clubhouse with a various amenities which include a full-service spa, business centre and shops. Buildings Nos. 4 – 15 will all be 15 stories tall.
